Reliable stay close to everything

Check-in was easy online, and staff were available at 11:30 PM to help. Rooms were clean, with comfy beds and perfect pillows after my long flight. It was nice to rest up (I could have spent the whole day in bed). The location is close to the CBD with a five-minute walk to Bourke Street Mall.
The hotel is large with many business guests. This is not ideal if you are looking for a quiet experience. I also found the bathroom small, and the shower lacked a door, so the floor got wet.

The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, with staff readily available to offer assistance when required. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness (my room was super clean).

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The buffet was expensive. COFFEE cost extra and was not good. Room service also lacked quality and the menu had limited options. The pool was too small considering the hotel size. It felt crowded.

The beds were very comfortable the room had modern decor. The air conditioner was easy to use it maintained a comfortable temperature. I enjoyed the spaciousness it offered great value.
The internet was slow i would prefer to pay for good internet.
